FAQs

  • How do you deliver things?

Depends on the item! For documents, it’s pretty much always via bike. (Trek, if you must know.) We’ll also bring small packages (under 18” x 12” x 10”) by bike. For larger items, we’ve got a truck. We can deliver anything that can fit in the back of a pickup truck and be reasonably maneuvered by one person. We’ll also deliver fragile items via truck instead of bike if requested - just note it on the form.

  • How does this work?

It’s pretty much exactly what it sounds like. For printing: you email us your files. We print them out and bring them to your house (or wherever you are). For returns: we come pick up the item from your house. If it’s ready to go, we just drop it off wherever it needs to go. Otherwise, email us the return label and we’ll print it out, tape up the package, and then bring it to its destination. We also do in-person returns: just send us the receipt and any other necessary information.

  • Can you go [insert location here]?

Probably! We can do returns or deliveries anywhere around the Bay Area. The price will be calculated based on the time it will take to get there and any tolls. For far distances, you may just have to wait a few days so we can try to group together items going in the same direction, or we may add a rush fee.

  • What if I have sensitive documents?

There’s always some risk in emailing your sensitive documents to another person. But, I keep things as confidential as possible. As long as Gmail doesn’t get hacked, only one person is possibly looking at your file. And trust me, I don’t have time to care about your medical history. All I do is quickly flip through the pages to ensure that they all appear to have printed correctly. Then I put them into a Manila envelope and bring them to your house.

  • How do I know you actually returned my package?

We always provide some sort of confirmation of the return: the FedEx tracking number, a photo of the return receipt, etc.

  • What makes you qualified for this?

I own a good printer. I own a good bike. I own a good truck. I am good at riding my bike. I am good at driving my truck. I am good with a roll of tape. I like helping people. What else do you need from me?

  • What stores can you do in-store returns at?

We can do in-store returns to any store in the Bay Area.

Some of the stores we do returns for are:

Target, Sports Basement, anywhere on Fillmore/Hayes Valley/Marina (boutiques, Alice + Olivia, Apple, Athleta, Brandy Melville, Faherty, Gap, Lululemon, Madewell, Paige, Rag & Bone, Reformation, Vuori, etc.), Home Depot, Lowe's, REI, Patagonia, Williams-Sonoma, anywhere at the Serramonte Center (Dick's, American Eagle, Footlocker, Macy's, Old Navy, Sephora, TJMaxx, Uniqlo, Victoria's Secret, etc.), anywhere in Marin County or at the Village at Corte Madera (Abercrombie, Alo, Anthropologie, Aritzia, Banana Republic, Beyond Yoga, Bonobos, Free People, gorjana, J.Crew, Nordstrom, Pottery Barn, Splendid, Tumi, Untuckit, West Elm), Ikea, any other store in Emeryville.

  • What else can you do for me?

We can do any other type of courier or delivery service you might need. For example, we can deliver something you bought on Facebook Marketplace, or bring something you forgot at home to your office. Ordering an outfit for same day in-store pickup? We can bring it right to your closet.

It’s like an old school bike messenger, except we also have a pickup truck.

It’s like Uber Courier except it’s cheaper, more trustworthy, and we actually do stuff beyond just the driving (e.g. taping boxes, and actually going in the post office or the store or the office or your house.)
